Country Sales Manager (Oslo, Norway)
Vanderbilt is looking for a Country Sales Manager to our sales team in Oslo, Norway. Your assignment is to create, develop and realize sales opportunities across our product portfolio. You are responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. You will report to the Country Sales Manager in Denmark.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the sales team in Norway
- Maintain and develop the sales of the entire product range
- Achieve sales targets for the team
- Extend the team’s customer base
- In collaboration with the sales team develop sales strategies and setting goals
- Ensure that the existing customer needs and expectations are met and preferably exceeded
- Keeping up to date on competitors and market
- Proactive Reporting sales activity plans and action plans to the management
- Seeing and understanding the customer, partner and employee perspective
- Good experience and understanding of B2B sales and what drives business
- Bachelor’s degree
- Direct market experience within the Security Industry or other similar
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the Security industry
- Solid experience from selling complex security solutions containing both services and technology/IT
- Experience from managing the entire sales cycle – from prospect to customer
The successful candidate will be result-oriented, energetic, curious and can understand complex business. You also have excellent leadership skills and can guide and provide professional and valuable input to your team, customers, customized to the customer needs. You have good project management skills, communication skills and networking skills as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. You speak fluently Norwegian and English.
